Come cambiare il colore nelle nome widget e altro

Credo che si debba toccare anche in questo caso il css perché dai colori dal panello admin non sono riuscito.
Vorrei cambiare il colore alle intestazioni dei widget, ai nomi per intenderci.
Alla scritta, galleria, calendario ecc ecc.

Cancella il css , conferma e modifica il colore Colore fondo intestazione.
nel pannello dei colori >>> contorni e modifichi colore fondo intestazione..
"Non aver paura di cancellare il css le modifiche non vanno perse , a me no che tu gli metta dentro un'altro css diverso.. quindi cancella tranquillo"
Vorrei puntualizzare una cosa , quando non si lavora sul css cancellatelo ,cioè lasciate la pagina css vuota , altrimenti prende in considerazione il css e le modifiche che fate da colori ecc, non vengono prese in considerazione..

io di css, ci capisco poco o niente ma per un altro problema che ho avuto ho dovuto cambiare direttamente dal css un colore.
Ho copiato il css originale del forum, l'ho incollato nella pagina e ho modificato il dato che mi interessava.
Mi stai dicendo che dopo di questo qualsiasi intervento per modificare
i colori del forum (dal menu classico dei colori) è vanificato?
Quindi se ho capito bene, devo fare ogni nuova modfica sul foglio css
Mi potresti indicare il punto preciso dove devo intervenire?

allora forse non ci siamo capiti , adesso tu hai il tuo css giusto ? allora devi cancellarlo per far sì che vengano applicate le modiche sul tuo forum perchè se tu lasci il css il forum prende in considerazione il foglio css e se tu provi a cambiare un colore dal pannello colori , non te lo cambia perchè prende in considerazione il css .. capito? dovresti andare sul tuo foglio css cancellarlo tutto lasciare la pagina vuota , tranquillo che non perdi nulla confermi e poi midifichi il colore che ti ho detto ..
( Perdi i dati del forum solo e dico solo se metti un foglio css diverso dall'originale ) quindi stai sereno che non perdi nulla .
Il css serve per modificare i colore e gli altri parametri che non trovi in colori ecc.. se non hai bisogno di modificare come i colori di rollover come hai fatto pochi giorni fa , il css e sempre meglio levarlo dal foglio css, tanto una volta che poi tu lo rincolli per fare altre modifiche , ti ridà sempre il css come lo avevi modoficato in precedenza , quindi non perdi nulla...

Credo di aver capito.
La modifica preccedente è già stata registrata, quindi anche se io cancello ora la mia pagina css rimane invariato ma posso invece continuare le modificiche con il metodo classico (per inesperti) diciamo.

ma in cambio il fatto di cancellare il foglio css ha affettato annulando la modifica che avevo fatto per risolvere il problema che avevo (credo che sai di cosa parlo)
Quindi ora devo ricambiare quel colore di sorvolamento (che non era il rollover) e vediamo se va tutto bene
